<Poem>

<Translation>
The times are hard, the seasons waste, and industry is dead.
And brothers widely parted, to east and west are sped.
The wasted fields and gardens show where war-borne havoc passed.
Our flesh and blood is scattered far along the wayside cast.

Their shades that wail from middle air like wild geese sail on high.
Their roots uptorn, like thistle-down they flit along the sky.
But when the same bright moon they see, their tears flow down like rain.
They gladly with the night would flee back to their home again.
